The AI Risk Exposure Brief is a declarative governance artifact used to surface exposure signals prior to any formal enterprise governance documentation.

Nature of Product

Exonta provides downloadable documentation frameworks and templates related to AI governance.

All products are:

• Digital
• Non-customized
• Delivered as-is
• Intended for internal organizational use

No Professional Advice

All materials are provided for informational and documentation purposes only.

Exonta does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Regulatory advice
• Compliance certification
• Audit services

Use of materials does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, or standard.

License and Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials internally within your organization.

You may:

• Use and modify documents for internal purposes

You may NOT:

You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally:

• Immediately after payment
• Via download link and/or email

It is your responsibility to ensure correct email access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

Exonta makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Regulatory acceptance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Exonta shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Business losses
• Regulatory consequences

Indemnification

Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

1. No Refund After Download

Once a product has been:

• Accessed
• Downloaded
• Delivered

No refunds will be issued.

2. Pre-Download Refund Window

A refund may be requested ONLY if:

• The product has not been downloaded
• The request is made within 7 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Misunderstanding of product scope
• Expectation of consulting or support
